Celdara Medical, LLC (CM) is a biotech research company that is building a portfolio of early-stage therapies. Each of these is at a different stage of development with a different development path. All are being brought to the clinic with urgency.
Celdara Medical is seeking an outstanding individual to assist in daily administrative work. This individual will coordinate marketing activities, website development/maintenance, compile metrics, assist with purchasing and scheduling, assist with NIH reporting, assist with event planning, and provide general project support. This is a full time, 2-year position with the possibility to extend.
Key Result Areas:
- Assist with the development of marketing materials (coordinate graphic design team)
- Manage project-specific website development and maintenance
- Regularly check and assess project metrics
- Assist with purchasing and scheduling
- Assist with compliance/reporting required for NIH grants
- Assist with event planning
- Provide general project support
- Bachelor's degree
- Personable, concise and clear in both written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to set priorities
- Demonstrate initiative, good judgement and the ability to work independently
- Integrity, i.e. commitments must be bankable
- Understanding of and committment to obligations of confidentiality
- Dedication to meeting deadlines and providing accurate data
- Experience and proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Work authorization
