“It is well to remember that the entire population of the universe, with one trifling exception, is composed of others.”
-John Andrew Holmes
Celdara Medical was founded with a singular focus: providing hope and health to patients. And so we see CSR through the three lenses of people, planet, and patients, fully confident in the knowledge that if we can improve the lives of patients, profits will follow. As our company has grown, we have had an opportunity to give back to our communities. Each year our entire team discusses and defines how best to engage with our communities to create positive impact. We always prefer active participation: helping farms that supply foodbanks, trail-building, teaching the next generation of scientists, filling back-to-school backpacks, or bowls at the soup kitchen, or simply cleaning up our neighborhoods. Our people are our company, and CSR is a therefore a natural extension of individual social responsibility to the workplace.
The Fanger Center at Crossroads Academy
In honor of Celdara Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Michael Fanger, the company supported the construction of an adaptable, cutting-edge facility, housing a state-of-the-art STEM lab for middle and high school students in NH & VT. Celdara partnered with Crossroads Academy and the New Hampshire Academy of Science (NHAS) to make this vision possible.
Upper Valley Land Trust Volunteer Day
Celdara joined UVLT to clear a pathway for a .75 mile “story walk” trail in Lyme, NH. The story walk trail at Lyme Hill will feature pages from children’s books on mounts made locally. Looking forward to following the project until opening day for local elementary school children!!
